Controversial twerker, Miley Cyrus pulled off another mind boggling performance on Friday night when she performed a secret show at London's G-A-Y with a giant inflatable penis, along with a host of scantily-clad dancers on stage.

The controversial singer, dressed in a spangly bottom-hungry sequin leotard, was snapped attempting to put the blow-up in her mouth. And if that's not enough to shock you, she gave it a good straddle on stage too.
